I
am married and have two children.
My daughter
is twelve and my son is 2 years old.
They
are both wonderful and I truly have been blessed.
My step
daughter was diagnosed with
Asperger's
Syndrome
when
she was five.

We've
traveled a long road
with
her disorder, but it was worth it.
Seven
years ago, I would have never thought
she would
be where she is today.
It was
a family effort, so I have to say
I am
proud of all of us.
I am
more proud of her, for her determination
and dedication
to over come her disorder.
My son
is a happy little boy and enjoys
learning
and getting into everything.
He is
your average "going on two" little boy.
I know
now why they call it the "terrible two's".
My husband
enjoys fishing, ginseng digging, and turtle feeling.
He feels
for snapping turtles in the mud in creeks and larger rivers.
He has
worked for a foundry for 20 years. I can't actually say that
he enjoys
his work, but we feel blessed that he has a good job to
provide
for the family.
As for
me, I enjoy raising my children
and taking
care of our home.
I am
orginally from a nice subrub of Pittsburgh, PA.
I enjoy
country living better than that of the big city.
We go
visit my parents, who still live in Pittsburgh.
It brings
a whole new meaning to the phrase "it's a nice
place
to visit but I wouldn't want to live there".
I would
enjoy pursuing a career in web design.

Activities
